Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 3-17 business days

Processing time for all orders is 1-2 business days. Delivery times begin after processing is complete.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Delivery destination
• Package weight and dimensions
• Selected shipping method

International Shipping

We currently ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to:

• Longer delivery times (7-21 business days)
• Customs fees and import taxes
• Restrictions on certain products (particularly Health & Medical items)

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. Use this number to monitor your package's progress through our carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products have special shipping requirements:

• Large Beds & Houses may require freight shipping
• Certain Health & Medical products require expedited shipping
• Perishable items have seasonal shipping limitations

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe:

2. Contact the carrier first for delivery issues
3. If unresolved, contact our Customer Support within 14 days of shipment

We may require photos of damaged items or packaging to process claims.

Holiday Shipping Schedule

During peak seasons (November-January), please allow additional processing and transit time. We'll post specific holiday shipping deadlines on our website and in checkout notifications.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. boxes via USPS only. Express delivery options are not available for P.O. box addresses.
