At PetSatori, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund process.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
- For hygiene reasons, certain grooming and cleaning products may not be eligible for return
- Original proof of purchase is required
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Opened grooming products or pet food
- Products marked as final sale
- Used pet beds or houses
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team to initiate your return
- You will receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions
- Package your item securely with the original packaging
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- For damaged or defective items, we will cover return shipping costs
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item:
- Follow the standard return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
- We will process your refund once the return is received

International Returns
For international orders:
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Return shipping must be arranged by the customer
